Credit Union Selling Cook Books for Charity

Aldergrove, BC - Aldergrove Credit Union is raising money for the relief efforts in Haiti as well as for three other local charities through the sale of the credit unions own cook books.
“The Aldergrove Credit Union Cook Book is made up of a collection of recipes from our own staff and members,” says Aldergrove Credit Union CEO Gus Hartl. “After learning of the devastating news in Haiti, our staff wanted to do something to help. Net proceeds from the sale of the books will be divided between the four groups. If all of the books are sold, each deserving group can receive up to $5,000.” The Aldergrove Credit Union Cook Books can be purchased for $10 each at any Aldergrove Credit Union and Insurance office location. The books are also being sold through the Aldergrove Star, the Langley Lodge and other businesses in the Aldergrove and Langley area.Proceeds from the sale of the Aldergrove Credit Union cook books will go to:
