A note about RESP limits: The annual RESP contribution limit is $5,000, with a lifetime limit of $50,000. These contributions are not tax deductible. The Canada Education Savings Grant of up to $7,200 is available over the lifetime, with an annual limit of $500. This is not included in calculating RESP contribution limits.
